I used ASE to supply and install a new shower room in 2016 so I had no hesitation in returning to them when I decided to upgrade my bathroom. From start to finish ASE employees have been helpful, good-humoured, professional, efficient and friendly. The knowledge and skills of both the showroom and installation teams are excellent. A google search presented ASE to us for our new bathroom project, a one-stop shop which gave us an unhurried design service and guidance throughout. We did have concerns and hesitations when it came to paying almost 3/4's of our bill prior to work even starting, however, we still wouldn't have done anything differently, and are definitely going to recommend ASE to our neighbours who are looking for a new bathroom. We found ASE by searching the internet for bathroom suppliers/fitters within a reasonable distance of Tenbury Wells and visited each of them. We had no hesitation about working with ASE once we visited the showroom and talked to the staff there. All members of the ASE team do an excellent job and are friendly and helpful people to work with. We changed the specifications of the new bathroom many times before fitting commenced and the ASE team displayed patience and made many helpful suggestions to assist us in making our minds up.
